Mrs. John Borchers,
Before her marriage at Madison on
Mrs. Borchers was a member of St.
Henry's and of the Christian Mothers' Society. She was well known in this
community and numbered her friends in large numbers.
The funeral was held from the Boyle
Funeral Home with services at St. Henry's Church. The Rev. Dean F. X. Schwinn
officiated. Burial was in St.
Henry's Cemetery.
SURVIVORS:
Besides her husband, there are six
children who survived, Anton Borchers, Springfield, Ill.; Carl Borchers, this
city; Joseph Borchers, Waukesha; Mrs. Nestor Krusing, Milwaukee; Mrs. Herman
Reinecke Waukesha, and Mrs. Harvey Gritzner, this city. There were three
grandchildren, Lieut. Leon Krusing, Eugene Krusing and Joyce Borchers. There
are two brothers, Isadore Wittman, Mazomanie, and August Wittman, state of
Washington. Two great grandchildren also survived.
