	Finance Office: Patty Kihslinger – pattyki@charter.net – (920)261-7273 Ext.23 The duties of this office concern all areas of Parish finance, including budgeting, paying of bills, payroll and anything else of a financial nature. This position takes direction directly from the Pastor. St. Henry has a number of financial stewardship gift opportunities in addition to the all-important “time” and “talent” needs of the entire Parish. Some of the funds available for your consideration are:
	St. Henry Foundation: This fund was established to receive and accept contributions to be administered exclusively for religious, educational and charitable purposes and primarily in and for the benefit of St. Henry Parish. The Trustees are the Bishop and Vicar General of the Diocese, the Pastor and the two Parish Trustees of St. Henry Parish. Gifts to the Foundation may be either restricted or non-restricted upon the discretion of the donor.
	St. Henry Capital Improvement Fund: The Capital Improvement Fund is used for various capital drives for specific needs of the Parish. There is also a general improvement fund, as part of this fund, kept for unexpected and non-budgeted improvements that need attention. A “blue” envelope for this fund is included in every bi-monthly envelope mailing packet.
	St. Henry Memorials: Memorials are accepted and placed into a separate account to be used at the discretion of the donor with the Pastor’s approval or if no other fund was specified.
	Technology Funds: Contributions to these funds help to keep current our computer and technology needs of the Parish and the School.
	St. Henry Courtyard: Every Spring a special collection is taken to cover the costs of planting and maintaining the Parish Courtyard. However, contributions are accepted throughout the year. 	Good Samaritan Fund: Donations to this fund are used for emergency needs of St. Henry parishioners. A special collection is taken at Thanksgiving.
	Organ Fund: This fund is used for the regular maintenance and tuning of the Pipe Organ.
